We run a small cohort of supported attendees for select shows and coordinate proactively so your staff isn’t surprised on show night.

Debrief and continuous improvement after each show

A guest services/accessibility point of contact
Guidance on best entry routes and where to step away
Basic alignment on day-of escalation pathway
Collaboration to choose the best first shows to pilot
If you’re a community organization
Referral process (simple)
You share this opportunity with adults/families who may be interested
Caregivers complete a short intake so we can plan supports
We start with a small cohort, learn, and improve each event
Participant fit (year one)
Adults 18+ with caregiver attendance
Able to follow a simple break/exit plan with caregiver support
If higher support needs exist, we plan carefully and start small
